Architectural Design
With over 20 years of design experience and 15 years of specific Department of Defense experience, we are well suited for many different project types including new construction, building additions and renovation work with Federal clients. We are able to deliver design projects on both design-build and design-bid-build projects.
Interior Design
We offer complete interior design services with licensed and NCIDQ certified interior designer. We can include comprehensive design for space planning, architectural interior finish selection, systems furniture, housing furniture and art/graphics selections.
Sustainable Design
We can meet basic or extensive sustainability goals with a focus on providing true value to the overall project objectives. We can design projects to comply with the Federal guiding principles for sustainable design, USGBC/LEED or Green Globes certified projects.
Building Information Modeling
Aligned with integrated project deliver and clash detection objectives, we develop BIM models with the most advanced fully licensed software by Autodesk, including Revit and Navisworks.
Construction Administration
We stay committed to projects through project completion. We prioritize all construction submittal reviews and requests for information to assist construction field personnel keep projects on schedule and delivered within budget.
